Welcome. Starting therapy is a brave step, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support. I draw on evidence-based approaches—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego State Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to support each client’s unique journey. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, IFS-informed, a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, and a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider—a Polyvagal-informed intervention developed by Dr. Stephen Porges to help regulate the nervous system and foster a greater sense of safety and connection. These certifications reflect my commitment to holistic, integrative care that honors both the mind and body.

I specialize in working with individuals 18+ who have a history of adverse life experiences/trauma, anxiety disorders, and relationship concerns—including attachment, family of origin, parenting, and intrapsychic relationships (the inner dynamics between different parts of the self). I also have training and experience in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, grief and loss, life transitions, identity development, cultural issues, and LGBTQ+ related struggles.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the fact that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide guidance, tools, and perspective while helping you strengthen your wisest, most resourced self. Together, we can reduce distress and expand resilience, self-trust, and clarity. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether I’m the right fit, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this process.
